80s porn star Rachel Ryan was born Serina Robinson, in Shaker Heights, Ohio, on 22 August 1962. She first entered the porn magazine industry in 1985 as a dirty blond, using the pseudonym Serena, but changed it to avoid confusion with the original famous 70s-80s adult filmstar Serena. After using various names, she eventually settled on Penny Morgan and proceeded to appear in dozens of porn films & sex magazines (including an awesome photo set with Dick RAMBONE in BLUE CLIMAX 34).
Although she was very prolific during the early years of her career, Rachel never managed to achieve the status of more established stars such as Christy Canyon, Stacy Donovan or Tracey Adams. With the odd exception like ‘Moonlusting 2’ (1987), most were ‘one-day-wonders’.

In 1988 she had a small role in ‘Clean And Sober’, starring Michael Keaton, with whom she proceeded to have a much-publicised affair, later Rachel also had an affair with the first "Batman Joker" Jack Nicholson.
